Dr Luchuo Engelbert Bain is a Senior Implementation Research Scientist and Deputy Director of the MSc in Global Women's Health at the University of Oxford, UK. A physician, professor and global health scholar, he works at the intersection of implementation science, research systems, policy and leadership. His intellectual and professional interests span health politics and science diplomacy, decolonial theory, and science communication for impact, with particular attention to how evidence, power and institutions shape health outcomes. He is an elected Fellow of the African Academy of Sciences and founder of The Luchuo Academy.
